South Africa is like the role model of other African countries
Honestly. Even outside of Africa should look for inspiration from SA
Careful of "Giants" and "Pride" of Africa, they'll eat you alive for this comment 😂😂😂😂😂😂
@@BANGA2TIMEZ Open your ears.... This will be a private city. You can be banned from going there anytime.
Stop it Nigerians will hate you for that fact
@@jpaultelchannel1702stop lying in South africa there won't be something lyk that......if you're a SA citizen not a visiter you will never think of that😂
Yes, SA is sn srchitectural masterpiece.
Youll never get enough of seeing beautiful ful buildings
Thank you man for speaking so well about my country. We seldom hear this. You were confused about the religious aspect that was mentioned on the video you played about the Waterfall project. That whole area is owned by a Muslim family and it is not for sale for religious purposes. Everyone who invests there is given a 99 year lease. Everything you see belongs to one family. This land was a farm at some point which this family bought.
People are domkops out there. Do you know the impact of foreign investments on local currency and local cost of living. How the fuq tdo you expect things not to get expensive when you allow dollar investments in SA, which has a lower valued currency. jirrrrr
I also learnt few years ago that Dubai hires some of the South African Architecture & Construction companies.
This development is almost complete, it's where Mall of Africa is located and you were there
The excitement you have to show us this city it shows how much you love what you saw my brother. I'm a south african in south africa I've never been there buy because of you I want to see Waterfall city😍🤗 thank you son of the soul 💜💜💜😍

The land used to built waterfall is owned by a Muslim family which regulates its land according to Muslim laws. Everyone who buys land and built there is actually a land tenant. The land rental is for 99 years. In South Africa and for those who owns there (and I own an apartment) has a 99 years lease agreement, wherein after such you pay some 2% of property price to the family, forever and ever.
Lol @"forever"...or until, by the stroke of a pen, the colonial Treaty of Vereeniging (1902), (on which the white-decided 1993 interim constitution of the "negotiated settlement" is based), is repealed.
@@agrid2608 forever. I have a document as evidence. When you sell your property they get 2% from the purchaser
That lease concept is so ridiculous they use this same method in London everything has a lease , you could never say you own something but not the land it's built on that's just foolishness. Those who buy lease hold will find out the hard way
@Greatness-dd6pi we thank you for your explanation.
@@agrid2608and SA ID good at repealing
My neighbourhood , very beautiful. Videos don’t make justice 🙌🏾🫶🏾😍
Wow lucky 😮🥰 and you’re totally right

Our economy is rapidly crashing because of greedy politicians and their corruption. We’re literally grey listed. Investing in rsa wouldn’t be the best thing to do at the moment🤷🏽♀️
Check your facts. The South African economy has bounced back to number 1 on the continent form 2024, Nigeria comes second and Egypt third. Don’t listen to everything the mainstream media says.
I don't understand some ppl in SA don't appreciate always complaining 😞 this is a good project for investors yes we have challengeis just like any countries 😊 go and and live in Zimbabwe and see if you survive that's the fact its hard to hear 🙉 we hoping zim will come alright again 😊
Damnnn I've never been to Waterfall City , i live in Durban but i want to see it noww
Great mixed use development but I'm not sure about it being the new Sandton, Rosebank Precinct is a lot more developed and it does not match what Sandton is.
With the rate of new development going on there I would say it might even pass Sandton
Youve never been to waterfall
@@digitalhusle lol you haven't been to Rosebank and Sandton.Waterfall is for me a lot more focused on Residential Property more than anything else, the CBD is a great development one of the best in Johannesburg but when it comes to hotels, Business headquarters and Retail Sandton and Rosebank are at the forefront.Waterfall is not so far behind
Sandton gives iconic vibes
Love you baba
Hi bangers2timez 😅 it is called water front not water fall hommie
Let look at the positive side of creating employment 😮
Waterfall is the name of the area or Surburb, Midrand is the name of the whole Town or City.
Just to add . Yes, the word is Precinct . Waterfall City is a precinct within Midrand. Midrand is administered by City of Johannesburg Metropolitan Municipality
Bangers2timez im the coolest person ull ever get 2 meet in life and i will make you a bettet person in your life cause u a cool guy
The land belong to a muslim group so ownership is on 99 year renewable in pepertuity rather than buying the land. It is a new concept in South Africa since we own both the land and property when we buy.
This has us own redflags while the land act hasn't been Amended and Prime land is been leased to Minority groups 🙆🏾♂️Yoh
@selbybopape23 the good thing in South Africa, land tenure is a constitutional matter. Property rights are enshrined in the constitution. When you buy the house you are free to sell your property or do anything. They won't come and say they own your property. They would have to buy it at market value if ever. The indefinite lease period is just a term. The price is already in the property purchased.
@@selbybopape23but this is the exact concept of the Ingonyama Trust which is owned by the Zulu Kingdom.
🇿🇦
Two years from now I'ma buy a house in Waterfall
Awesome😎
please i want to know why your volume is always low? i love our content
I don't believe, it'll happen. Let's wait and see😅
Already happening
The part about religion... I think that it stems from the land being owned by islamic community.... as a result they have a 99 year lease on the land so in terms of forward planning and thinking they have to comply... I may be wrong though
South africa should say purchasing lease hold propert , you cant onw something unless you own the land its built on, the land owner can let you buy in high and when price dips he can force you to sell low not to mention you woomt bw able to do anything on that land with out asking for permission
Not true, rules for 99 year leases are as good as ownership in South Africa. You are the owner and you can make a profit from your land or building like any other property owner.
Canada probably thinks South Africa should be learning from them.
I love Canada the problem is the new buildings are lacking architecture and urban design is not as good anymore
@@BANGA2TIMEZ Canada is amazing💫💫
You are missing te point of this concept. These people have a sole monopoly on the land, whih they obatained via a loophole, which gives them the right to decide who can build, how they can build and what type of business can operate there, it's the same rule that governs a small town in south Africa called ORANIA, which the criteria for living there, is for you to share the same culture with the boers, which there isn't a single African in the world who will ever fit that criteria, thats why only white Afrikaaners live there. now with Waterfall, it's with business, but under the Monopoly of Islamic Principles "FOR NOW". watch the video, 1st clue is, not even 1 black person appeared in the Video, Those who appeared were the construction workers and they appeared as Shadows. Next is Listen to what the narrator says about the Loophole, and See who Approves that "Our President Ramaphosa", South africans associate him with the advancement of white monopoly capital...Listen @Banga..😅
You make good sense
Didn't Waterfall property started before Ramaphosa been a President again theres no black people living in Waterfall if i may ask ?
Bingo, it's privatised in order to not have any responsibility to or claims from the general native public.
Cradle to the grave services are privatised, from schools, security, governance to healthcare.
Obviously locking out the average person from access.
This won't be solved until, by the stroke of a pen, the colonial Treaty of Vereeniging (1902), (on which the white-decided 1993 interim constitution of the "negotiated settlement" is based and on which the 1913 Land Act followed), is repealed.
This is investment to the Country!
We have Rural provinces with lots of Land , people can do the same!
Waterfall City is in Gauteng the smallest province by land mass
It is an Investment, Just Like Orania i guesse . Investments based on a loophole, when that loophole is exploited, people can practice segregation as they see fit, right?@@mbusosiera1648
3:26 waterfall land is owned by an Islamic Trust
If you buy a house or land in waterfall it will be on 99 year lease which is renewable
This is all nice but wait am I the only one who is seeing the marketing of this video….where are the actual Africans…almost everyone there is white…Are there no black investors, architects, builders etc😳🤷🏽♀️🤔I’m sorry if I’m negative but this doesn’t sit well with me…
The owner is muslim. I doubt it's a caucasian and anyone can lease the property.
Well I think we all knw that only black people will be doing all the dirty work..I guess my concern is that the video is sending a wrong narrative..And we would really appreciate seeing it on adverts like this..
@@penelopenkosingiphilemts-ob7yb Black people's time is coming we have recently entered the Multipolar world so give us time to make money in a free world with opportunities that we never had before.
Here are the facts: All suburban buildings in South Africa are occupied by black people in the majority. Whites are just under 6% of the population, spread across the country too.
True. When there’s a lot of black investors and money involved.
