You are so beautiful. What a wonderful role model you are for the young and old. I am 70 years old and was born in the 1950's and yes, times were a lot easier then. Not too much technology you had to do everything by hand yet you felt more independant than you do today. Do you really think you could give up your Iphone to live back then.? I watch you a lot. Your so inspiring, You're great fun to watch. I even ordered some cute things like you have in your purse. Honey you are my role model. I can't be and old version of you too much aches and pains. I'll try to stay positive, write in my journals and keep taking classes learning my creative writing skills. Don't be too hard on my grammar ok . I think you got the message honey that you are wonderful inspiration. Keep up the good work inspiring people young and old. Surely I'm not the only old person to write to you?

I must say I took your suggestions as for combining my mm as wallet and planner. I absolutely love this! It's been a week and so far so good. I added another zipper pouch for my grocery coupons and then of course one for VS/BBW/Kohl's coupons. :-) I do still need to find my own dashboard and dividers.

Great video! I use a Gillio Orange Compagna but covet the LV MM! I use my "personal" size as a wallet as well with the Filofax card inserts. I echo the praise they receive. Sometimes it does take me a bit at check-out but I think it is worth it. Trying to follow Dave Ramsey as well but it is so difficult to stick to a budget--I blame Etsy. Great content, thanks for sharing!
Thanks for the comment! Two things I meant to say in this video... 1) YES, it does take a while at checkout but I try to be as quick and courteous as I can and then wrap up in the car or somewhere. And 2) I need to do a whole separate video on this, but the way I budget for online purchases like Amazon and Etsy (which yes, totally can ruin a budget!) is to buy myself gift cards to there for my budgeted amount, then only shop on those sites with the gift card so that I don't over-spend. xoxo

Hi....since you use your LV mm agenda as a wallet/planner (which btw is a great idea...I’m giving my LV wallet a Break and will be doing the same), how do you store your coins?...i was thinking for mine a zipper insert!?
I have a separate coin pouch in my purse; I found it was too much to fuss with a zipper insert when I'm in a rush in a store

Buy a meal plan! Seriously, they are $10 for a year. I use the Real Simple one (starting my 4th year). it’s 5 weeknight meals plus the grocery list and the recipes are delish. Lots of left overs for lunch and weekend, too. Don’t stress it if it’s not your thing. Great vid!
Ooh, that's interesting! I hadn't heard of the Real Simple mal plan, very cool! I have a lot of dietary restrictions so it's hard to find something pre-made that works for me, but I'll look into it. I've gotten a lot better about meal planning on my own, though...going to do an updated video on it in the new year! Anyway....thanks for watching and commenting 😘😘

I love your system! I may be stealing ideas from you. Totally enjoying your channel. 😊. Question: if you use mainly cash, how do you handle online shopping to keep on budget and keep within the cash you have in the envelope system?
Thank you so much, and please feel free to steal away! 😉 I need to go into more detail on this in a budgeting video, but I use gift certificates to budget online categories or places I would normally have to use a card. So, for instance, each month I buy myself an Amazon gift card for the amount of my budget for Amazon for the month. I also load my Starbucks card with a certain amount for the month, etc. There are still the occasional random online purchases that come up of course, but this works well for my main categories! 😘
I finally found a pen that fits in the loop. I use a cross medalist pen. But I have a feeling any cross pen will work.

I like to keep my keys organized and small, so I don't like a lot of cards in the way. It's easier for me to organize them this way :)

I don’t like over stuffing my planner cause it can wear and tear it out faster and it won’t hold up as long as it could, I like cute things in my planner but it also has to serve a purpose not everything has too but most things I have in my planner needs to be of some kind use in it

Honestly the more I use my MM the less I use the GM! I think I may actually sell it, but I keep going back and forth. I will definitely keep you guys posted either way! 😘

I was thinking of keeping the monthly calendars in my planner but giving myself more room by only keeping the weekly for one month. Hope that makes sense. Thanks so much!

The chunky planner thing is related to a style called junk journalling. Check it out if you're not familiar with the term. Btw-- I wonder if there are any other guys here? Not even gay (which would be fine). I'm just into making my stuff pretty *shrug*. You should see my partner's though. We both think the other person is the Master Planner.
PS my major ones are actually pink too even though I'm not into pink-- because when I made them black or dark blue, they were constantly getting lost! I don't own ANYTHING else pink (too much color in my room makes it feel messy to me so it's pretty homogenous darker cool colors) so I figured if I make my planner, cell phone, and keyring pink, I'll see it instantly even if it has a pile of dirty laundry covering it. And it works! I got my 2021 planner already though and I prioritized a smaller size this year over the pink color (I have REALLY specific requirements for how I like the page layouts, so the brands I usually get my larger pink ones from alter their smaller analogues in a way that I don't care for)... I'm going to have to do something because the cover is just black and it'll get lost in my car in about 5 minutes. Maybe a fabric color? Some kind of paint I can use on faux leather? No idea yet, but I have awhile to figure it out.
This is fantastic! I love how you've set up your planner/wallet and you have given me some ideas to try for my own system. The section divider pages that you ordered from a Russian shop are beautiful. I've never seen graphics so pretty. By the way, I've noticed your fingernails in several videos. Are they your natural nails?? If so, could you please do a nail care/polish video? If they are gel nails, they are beautifully done! Thanks.
