I just saw this video Thu. 6/16/2016, I read the other comments. which where written a few years ago. Yet I still need to share." Again I feel as if she's speaking for me! I understand that experience completely." Well depression is the hardest illness to explain! I often find myself trying to explain it to my husband. explaining how and why I behavior or feel this way. Yet after 19 year's of me having this depression he just says I know, I know, and changes the conversation,He's tired. Unfortunately I have to comfort this depression. In these 19 year's I learned through taking my medication and talk therapy how to separate depression from who I am. It's a daily emotional struggle. Yet I do find myself when I try to understand this, mental,emotional, illness. I am learning to just be nice to myself. which is an act depression destroys! "God bless you all!"
