Usually, you split it at the equator and then spread jam and clotted cream on each side and pick it up with your hands and eat each side separately. It is not meant to be eaten plain!

Nnnnoooo, Pooja you ate the scone wrong.☺ You need cut the scone in half from the side then then layer the clotted cream then jam (some people add butter first). Finally eat it like an open sandwich. There is a whole debate whether you put the jam on first or clotted cream in the UK. Loving your videos. Keep doing what you are doing.
