Announcers do make games as well. I'd love for Michigan to get the SUPER legend Gary Thorne to do Michigan games or the Redwings... Michigan! King's of the 🏔️ top. All Glory and Honor to God and His Son Jesus the Christ for blessing our team to do magnificent works. Go blue! 🙏☝️
I think Nessler works for CBS now. Since CBS will cover Big 10 games next year along with Fox they might do a few Michigan games.
@@loccdogg26 yeah they have Nessler doing SEC games which I don't care to watch unless it's 4th qtr and wanting a team to lose to help Michigan. After all the ratings Michigan games get I'm not surprised they want to cover B10 games. But I'd pay to have Gary Thorne call a Michigan game. He'd have the tv audience going bazerk with excitement
@@loccdogg26 Keith Jackson did awesome Michigan games too when he was alive
@@Jam-City agreed Keith Jackson was best bar none
@@bigt5699 you ever heard Gary Thorne do a Redwings game? I watch the UA-cam videos of him doing intros for Detroit. He makes every game feel like do or die and has you on edge nervous as if your playing on the team lol. Gary is up there with Brad Nessler and Keith Jackson. Gonna watch Gary do Redwings stuff again tonight 👏 Gus from fox is good too but the announcer needs to send his audio or B10 it would change the way games are viewed. Most of our B10 announcers for game don't sound great
This guy has an amazing voice, buckeyes are lucky to have him
Michigan had him as well, 1981 thru 1987....
impossible to watch without laughing. props to them for being good sports. GO BLUE.
Better than our broadcasters….
Very professional broadcast. Sort of a homage to old school commentating, too.
Very good play by play . I wouldnt mind if they did the Michigan play by play .
Actually, Paul Keels was once Michigan play by play , 1981 thru 1987...
Osu has a terrific broadcast team. Play by play guy is really good. Ive noticed this over the years that when i listen i know exactly whats happening. Us Mich fans remember jim brandstatter doing mich games. In big moments we often had no idea what was happening on the field
Arguably the best 25 minutes on this site
Most play by play people are good, especially radio personalities. This play by play announcer for Ohio State is very good, the best I've heard since Frank Beckman.
I miss Frank. He had a great voice, described the action well, and was reasonably objective, giving the opposition their due despite being an obvious partisan. After suffering through Brandstatter the last few years, I think Karsch is serviceable but doesn't have great pipes. Paul Keels is tremendous; can't say enough good about him. Professional and smooth. One of the best i've ever heard.
Been waiting for someone to post this broadcast. You LOVE to hear it!
Very professional in their booth. Don's 2nd long TD was soul crushing I bet. 7:11 left at that point. 🔥🏈
Michigan alum here. The OSU play by play guy is top notch. I haven’t heard anyone better. The analyst not so much 😂
Love seeing the respect finally given to our squad! The rivalry is alive and I know OSU is gonna come back swinging! 2023 gonna be another rough year for the Butteyes we jist smacked them with the exact same team that'll be here next year except wer gonna have Erik ALL the best TE in the country behind #19 for GA
Unfortunately we won’t have Erik all. But we got other great TE’s without a doubt!
@Peyton Spencer yea wer good we don't need all our true freshman gonna be a stud!!!!
These two were fantastic on the call.
They’re somehow less biased towards Ohio than Gus Johnson and Joel klatt.
Great point. Those 2 don’t even try to hide it. That awkward silence from Joel and Gus after the second person foul penalty 😂
These guys sound WAY better than what we have. Our announcer sounds like he got kicked in the nuts or like someone has him in a sleeperhold.
This was the best Ohio State team we beat of the Harbaugh era.
My hometown radio station in Ohio carries the Buckeyes every Saturday. If it wasn’t THAT team, I would listen start to finish - Paul Keels is that good at his job. Since it’s an OSU blowout 90% of the time, I turn it off after a couple minutes. Listening to Paul Keels call a Michigan blowout is a 25-minute eargasm!! 😍😍〽️
Michigan fan here. Very good broadcast. Respectful. Nice job, Buckeyes. And I'm sorry, that wasn't pass interference in the end zone...that's something that would only be called on the Lions.
Paul Keels is a very professional broadcaster. Very knowledgeable about college football as a whole as well as the Buckeyes. My only knock is that he doesn't always get opposing players names correct. Still have a lot of respect for him even as a Michigan fan.
From a Navy Fan I Agree With U and Paul isn’t Biased Towards Michigan Unlike The Ohio State Fans Who Say “That Team Up North” and At Least Paul Knows How To Call a College Football Game Being a Radio Announcer!
Paul Keels is the best college football announcer that I’ve heard.
Props to these announcers....great voice....outstanding play by play.....surprisingly not too biased
Such great crowd reaction shots, great edit!
Also, very professional radio announcers. Pretty impartial except for saying the DPI in the endzone was on an uncatchable pass. If you get a hand on it, it's not uncatchable lol.
Michigan alum here, class of 1994. Please my fellow Michigan alumni and fans, don't let their smooth radio voices and seeming professionalism fool you - they still work for and support pure evil - that being Ohio State. Those people HATE us and many want Michigan to cease to exist. Even these very announcers, for all any of us know, very well may have a VERY different tone when not being recorded.
These guys are probably the best thing out there associated with Ohio State
