...is it possible to prune these where they look like an upright rectangle? I'm wanting to make giant walls. T.I.A. & nice job!!
probably yes ive seen them shaped like a box, but dont know how narrow.
Yes they are very malleable. Trim and they will fill in, then you trim again at a later date. A few trims and you will have the form you like.
Hola , how narrow can I trim. I have a 1/2 backyard and bought 3 but want them for privacy to bock two story neighbors? Gracias mine are oakland
If you trim too narrow, it will expose thick branches. It will fill back in, but may take a couple of years.
@@miguelsroughlife7568 ok thanks. may go 3-4ft from brick fence. Wanted to go closer. but probably not the right plant. i put privet 12 inches from fence and 10ft doing great.one side may be cut straighter and the other like at an angle.
