This is beyond precious for so many reasons! I was her age when I started fixing up cool things I found in my Gramma's cellar. Now I am a gramma with an antique booth and my granddaughters love to paint. One told me while painting with a tummy ache that painting makes her tummy feel better.😍 Also, we all sit just like you. Happy happy generational painting and diys! It is a good legacy.🙏💙

Very fun video! I was a paint/wallpaper contractor for many years. All my kids worked with me at various times. They learned great skills and had a lot of fun doing it. It was a joy to work with them. It’s wonderful that you can share your skills and talents with your daughter!🌸
Love this! My daughter started furniture flipping with me about 7 years ago. She helped me do painting, staging, vintage markets as a vendor, etc. She is in university now, and uses her skills to work on many projects. Most of all..all of my kids have a ‘can do’ attitude about all things diy. :)

My Mom was a big DIY'er and she also was a jack of all trades - including home remodeling! I am now almost 50, but have re-done furniture, taken out walls in my house, swapped out electrical fixtures, you name it! This is one of the best things you can teach her!! She did GREAT!!!
You both did a wonderful job. What I like most of watching this video is how you are raising your kids. We homeschooled 9 kids and taught our kids many things. My boys loved making jumps for their bikes . All my kids can bake/cook, sew, garden, wood working, raise animals and they can now teach themselves anything they want to know. My baby just turned 18 this year and two years ago he broke his collar bone trying to ride over 20 miles an hour riding down our back hill. Enjoy your family and flipping furniture. I love seeing motivated kids. My oldest granddaughter turned 16 this summer, and the first thing she wanted to do, when she got her license, was get a job! She had one in about 2 weeks. Couldn't be more proud. Your daughter is showing some good skills there! 🙂👍

This made me miss my daughter so much - before she left for Austin Texas we re-did a dresser together and she has been using it for 7 years! Painting thrifted furniture is such a great life skill. My kiddos both had Guinea Pigs when they were young (they live a looooong -smelly time).

It honestly just depends on how I price them! I've gotten a pretty good feel for our market here and have been trying to price them where they'll sell in a week or two, mainly because I just really don't like hanging on to them for long. And that is AWESOME!
