I actually realised how to counter hawk, a lot of players like to back dash when an enemy gets up close to them because they think the opponent is gonna do an m1/m2 which leads to a perfect dodge, so what I do is get up close and wait for their back dash animation to end and then do some attacks, helps out a lot
