Alex is only ever going to show us "surface level" footage. She can't handle constructive criticism and feedback from viewers. She appears to lack a true identity (or is afraid to show her real one), and instead adopts stereotypical "mum", and "social media influencer" personalities to create happiness in her life.

All of a sudden she wants to show her breast-feeding I just saw within the past week that another influencer that had babies a couple of them actually were showing those pumps and they were out and about with them on doing stuff around their house and another influencer. I was thrown into the deep end of motherhood the second my kiddo was born. A week after my kiddo was born she had to go into surgery because she had two heard defects. I had an emergency c-section that was the most painful experience of my life because I could kinda feel it, and then I was given ovet the counter meds for pain after. They did nothing for the pain. Then I had to sleep and try to recover in a chair at the children's hospital family room while my kiddo stayed in the ICU after surgery while I was in extreme pain, couldn't shower because I was squatting at a hospital, which put me in danger of an infection from my c-section, still bleeding HEAVILY, and trying to pump every 45 minutes to help build up my milk supply. I felt like I was gonna die. I was so tired, stressed, and in pain. Baby was in the hospital for two weeks, so I was living at that hospital in the family room, alone, pumping behind a curtain and sleeping in a chair that entire time. Meanwhile, my wasband went home, slept as much as he wanted, played video games, and came to visit twice for an hour, just to check up on the baby, enjoying his paternal leave from work, all by himself ...He wouldn't let me go home because I had to "be close to the baby" at all time but he could do whatever the F he wanted. He completely changed into a different person after I had the baby and I quickly realized that he was not a keeper, lol. So, I became a single, married parent the day I became a mom and divorced the soonest I was financially and location ready ( I had to move across the country back to where my parents lived in order to have the support and help to successfully divorce. This took time and strategic planning). MY PPD was in full swing, but I didn't realize it because I was in survival mode for the first three years of it. It only got better after my divorce. So I do get a bit, ruffled, when someone like Alex complaines about getting a tiny bit of milk on her shirt and she is like " this is the reality of parenting, folks" while looking clean and rested and using ber fancy hands free pump... like, she has no idea how good she has it.

I watched this vlog a day or so ago, and I did not even pay attention to the fact that she did not mention how much milk or show it. 😮 Honestly, if you’re giving a breast pump review, that’s the first thing you would do and I noticed that a lot of ladies in her comment section mentioned that you can’t keep up a good milk supply if you’re using hands-free pumps in the first three months, which is definitely true for most moms. In the words of Alex, “it is giving“sus.” This might very well be her pandering to her audience, the fact that she’s not showing you her frozen breastmilk??? Try to remember to take a photo of the original SIM card in the old phone in the card holder before removing it, so you have an idea how the new one is supposed to fit. It's never been obvious to me and I'm very tech-friendly. I always end up having to watch videos over and over to figure out how it is supposed to look, since every SIM card seems different, which means their instructions are faulty. They just don't make certain things clear that someone needs to know when they only do something once every few years. Common engineer problem.
Oh, and always do the job over a small box so when you inevitably drop the card occasionally, you don't have to crawl around looking for it.
I try to keep a log on my phone for the phones and computers, detailing when changes are made and all the problems I've had doing various maneuvers and what worked and what didn't work. Just like for the cats ....

She pretends to pump but there’s no way you can sleep all night if you’re pumping. You’d wake up feeling engorged. There’s no genuine signs of her missing him other than her saying “of course I miss him”. She’s run out on him countless times already in his first month. It all just seems fake and forced. Yes, I can see that a lot of people agree with her and I'm sure it comes with the territory! I'm sure she's gotten a lot of kudos on her channel as well. just giving my opinion, as is my right And happy to hear your feedback. Have a great day.

I don’t perceive her to be jealous or resentful, but full of wisdom having experienced motherhood to multiple children who are now grown. She is offering perspective that Alex doesn’t have either because as a parent, she and her husband had to go to work, which is more common than ppl who make their living simply by posting a few uploads a week. I’m grateful MommaGoob provides an actual realistic perspective on being a parent.
Above all, I value MommaGoob’s honesty and the fact that she isn’t constantly trying to sell stuff to her audience.

Agree! I mean she keeps posting videos of her, literally criticizing every move. Seems a little obsessive to me

@@shrewpynewpers4548full of wisdom? She is literally cyberbullying. Look at her videos, all about alex. She’s too obssessed with Alex’s life. Borderline creepy
