Hi bro .... small correction what I feel ....master bed room wants wash room inside where u put common toilet is inconvenience to visitor or guests that’s why enterire toilets setup comes to middle of the bed rooms then u get Master bedroom inside toilet and common comes to hall entrance that will be more comfort to all ..... Plan is good. But 2 points.
1. The bathroom & toilets can be placed in between both the bedrooms. One toilet cum bathroom can be positioned inside with an opening for exhaust fan to push the air via the second toilet cum bathroom which can be positioned near the outer wall
2. Why a window in the 2nd bedroom that is facing the living room?

Hi Subhas,
I seriously admire your designing skills, and I want you design the floor plan and the front elevation for my duplex bungalow which is a east facing plot .
Dimensions: 33ft*58ft
Facing : East
Specfication :5 rooms with 2 attached toilet s in two master bed rooms in a duplex villa with some garden area and car parking space for 2 cars
Requirements: Floor plan, Front and side elevation, and last but no the least and the most importantly costing to built the house if possiable break up of the costing as in structural cost, masonry work cost etc., basically a detailed cost sheet.

16 mm tmt rebar sounds good but in reality 10x10" inch column it will occupy more space & the ring rebars may appear from outside after pouring concrete due lack of concrete coverings . Which not good from strength & corrosion protection as having much columns it's okay to have 12mm instead of 16 mm.👍

Map अच्छा है खुला खुला है 🌹 Thanks 🌹 परंतु ये प्लॉट one side East side open है तो आप इसके चारों तरफ कहाँ से Window लगाओगे. आपने इस plot को four side open कर दिया. दूसरी बात आप stairs की बात करे तो stairs हमेशा starting north से south में होनी चाहिए और उसको घड़ी की सुई की तरह घूमना चाहिए या stairs East से west में बनती है और वो भी घड़ी की सूई की तरह से घुमनी चाहिए..bedroom में आपने bed की दिशा बिलकुल सही रखी है आपका बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद जी 🌹 🌹

Sir ji apka plan achha hai.but vastu ke hisab se ghar ka jina ya sidhiya ghar ki south ya west side se honi chahiye na or north & east ki side halki honi chahiye na.or apane common bath/ toilet hall mai kiya hai but ghar mai agar mehaman hoge or hall mai kuch sadasya baithe hoge to unke samnese bath jana ledies ko sahi nahi lagata na sir.
