4K | TRA | Stadler R200 | Toshiba E500 | Static Display at the Changhua Roundhouse | 11/12/2023

Visited the Changhua Roundhouse after catching the EMU100. There happened to be an event where newest locos in the TRA fleet--the R200 and E500 are on display, along with the classic diesel-electrics and the CK124, DT668 steam locos. The R200 and E500 will be the workhorses for TRA in the decades to come. I took the opportunity to record some of the detailed features of both locos that aren't usually visible/accessible.
拍完EMU100順道去扇庫看看R200與E500。在這之前還沒親眼見過兩款本尊，正好趁機好好記錄車體細節。扇庫很熱鬧，蒸機CK124與DT668連同一排柴電很是壯觀。

依據台鐵的說法，E500未來會有單機牽引、雙機牽引模式及推拉式運轉模式

E500單機極限出力3972kW😂
據說雙機推拉式12節車廂，起動加速度可達3.4km/h/s(EMU3000大概只有3.24km/h)，但0-130km/h據說還是3000贏
