Classimat is a very useful tool in the hand of technicians.We can analyse the fault and on the basis of that corrective action in gauges taken in winding for removing faults.However ,removing fault in winding further add another fault in terms of knot or Splice ,which further give you dye defects.As the faults are of non periodic in nature ie fly ,faults due to bad habits ,piecing faults , contamination etc . 1) Strengthen System 2) Optimize process parameters. Further,Spectrogram analysis depends on the gearing diagram of machines. Rgds
