Open Up Those Tight Shoulders with a the Combo Sleeper Stretch-Elbow Curls

- This combo of stretches are very effective for tight shoulders. Start in a fetal position with shins along the edge of the mat. Make 90 degree bends at your knees, hips, arm pit and elbow. Turn your head face down with your chin resting on your shoulder (deltoid area). Lastly, grab your wrist and pull your forearm towards the floor. Hold for 1:00. Repeat on the other side.
NOTE: Keep those knees stacked one on top of the other. Don't let your hip roll, allowing them to slide.
When you finish, roll onto your back with knees bent and feet hip width apart. Make a golfer grip with your hands. Place your knuckles on your temples and (without bending your wrists) bring your elbows together and apart 10-20 times.
