It's happening with hundreds of RE riders n they r clueless about it. Even RE senior engineers don't know the fact you have mentioned in this video. I had a similar issue 9 months back n the actual reason was the one you mentioned. When I drained the engine oil, it came to 4 litres... Got it solved, but thanks that you are making all RE riders aware.
Yesterday i got my thunderbird x after 1st service! I feel the same issues . It is making the gear changes difficult during traffics. And now neutral is a nightmare!☹️.. Thank you bhai!

You just nailed it ! Great observation, especially with the wet clutch functioning . The pressure plates do not compress or de-compress due to the over lubrication, since lube oils have a tendency to coat moving parts with a thin film of a few a microns . Hence, over filling will make the clutch slip, upon engaging .
I didn't understand much of the video but your comment gave me the light bulb moment (am in Nairobi, Kenya....English is the working language here). My motorbike (TRK502) is having exactly this problem. Hard clunky gear shift especially for gears 1 & 2 the oil may be slightly overfilled. let me drain it and see if it improves. I was thinking of disassembling the transmission to check what the problem is but let me try this trick and see if there is any improvement.

Hum bich wale 2 nut nikalate he aur gadi zhukake gadi chalu karate he aur oil nikalate he, but humare owner ye kehate he ki jo nut hote he vo agar koi naya bada kam sikh rha he to usako tightness ka pata nhi chalega aur nut he vo slip ho jayega aur oil leak karega bcoz oil ki vajah se nut slip marte he agar koi naya banda kam sikh rha he to isliye hum bich meke 2 nut hi kholke gadi chalu karke nikalate he but fir bhi bhai aap bohat aache se practical me sikhate he

Meri classic 350 front rear disk plus ABS hai ... 1st July ko 500 km pr pehli service hone k baad se peeche tyre me brake km aa rhi hai... N two or three times brake b fails ho gye the back me... agency me chk krwaya ab theek hai but phle wali.baat nhi hai... Plz sugges kre ki Kya kiya jaaye
