Winter Spinach Harvested From Our Garden

We harvested the last of our spinach winter crop yesterday.
I prepared stir fried shrimp with garlic, ginger and spinach. I served this sushi rice. It was absolutely delicious.
There is much to be said for growing your own food. I’m jazzed, it’s like going from farm to table. Albeit, a teeny weeny little macro farm.
We’re in the process of prepping and planting our spring crops. And looking forward to a bountiful harvest this year.
