had a question: how do you deal with a pyke support in terms of vision control/ them roaming/ and items to counter them?

Honestly, I just play the waiting game for him to overextend and negate his ultimate. As a Soraka, your ult can be critical in making his ult not execute when you hit it at the right time. This doesn't directly answer the vision and roaming part, but its helpful in slowing down his momentum. Also, if he does have zombie wards and rushes umbral glaive, put wards defensively. Spread them out so he has to search for them, not take down 2-3 in one sweep!

how u decide between guardian or aery?

Simply put, Aery is for fighting poke/mages/enchanters, guardian is to protect ourselves from engage and assassins!
