      here's several things worth trying
      Work out why you are anxious - the first step to solving a problem is to understand why it is there.
      Be at ease with yourself - this makes it less difficult when you are with others.
      Just do it - you will gain confidence by doing things - especially by doing activities which stretch your limits.
      (I read these and more tips from Aghy magic method website )

      Not certain about the points made but ,if anyone else wants to learn about therapy for panic disorder try koryzary calmer ambience (just google it )? It is an awesome exclusive guide for getting rid of panic attacks minus the headache. Ive heard some interesting things about it and my friend finally got amazing success with it.

    I’m 17 and was finally recently diagnosed with this, although I think it’s been around for longer than that. At least another year.

    Im was just recently diagnosed with panic disorder I just want it to go away I have the attacks and I need to get back to my life constantly feeling shortness of breath is horrible.

    this illness was unbearable for me... had to cry to the LORD, got healed & got my life back very meaningful
    I encourage fervent prayers for y'all, the Lord heals yes Jesus loves us

    I have panic disorder and some of my attacks makr me vomit for days (10 days being my longest vomitting streak) its awful.

    Good info the greatest results that ive ever had was with Kevs Control Plan (i found it on google) - definately themost useful resource that I have ever seen.
