I tried it and after my eyebrows still had product on it is this normal or am I supposed to wipe it all off?

Hi there, certified Brow Artist here. These instructions are mostly not correct. You should wipe off the step 2(style solution) with a cotton pad until there is NO product left on the eyebrow, otherwise you risk overprocessing.

How long I have to wait to apply Ardell brow tint?

10 minutes. I did 7 the first time, and then did a second application for 10 minutes next day as didn't want to risk too dark brows.

Will this work on sparser brows?

I doubt it, she is basically just brushing her brows up and the lamination is holding her hairs stiff, similar to using brow soap. So, if your brows are sparse there is nothing to lift.
