I'm one of the millennials who could have bought a house but didn't due to circumstances, and I regret it now. I was disappointed with my decision, but listening to this gives me hope that I can own a home again. I left my previous house to my ex-wife in 2021 and was surprised by the significant increase in home prices. There were times when I felt like just living it up and buying an $80,000 car, hoping to pay it off by the time homes become affordable again. It has been difficult to watch affordability erode almost exponentially.
His forecast turned out to be correct. Have to give credit where credit is due. Lovely podcast Mike.
Logan is the best forecaster I know. Better than the stupid talking heads on cnbc
Great interview. Love Logan’s ability to convey the data in layman’s terms.

You're not alone. Many share your feelings. It's been tough to watch prices go up like it has.
Great stuff Logan and Mike. Love both of your content.

-8% and more. Long slow continual stagnation. Painful 24 into 25, imho

There is no house in market because its owned by corporates and they have enough money to hold it.
