She was kinda racist and didn't follow the mandalorians rules because it didn't suit her at the time she started a civil war just because Maul was an outsider well that's what she said at least but anyone can join the Mandalorians and he won the fight fair but I guess from her point of View shes always in the right Bo-Katan changes her opinion as events are changing the world she lives in and that's not a good leader
