Jotaro can be obtained on normal as-well, so that should be the preferred difficulty instead of nightmare. Edit: Just did a comparison and realized normal was slower for me. Might be faster for you, so just test which difficulty works best for you

Honestly, grinding is worth it other than using macros. Unlike using macros, you dont feel any achievment when you get the thing you want but when you actually grinded hard, it actually feels amazing.

The Yami is just good for the start to get money, and sukuna is better than guts for this has he has much more range and a little better bleed, but you can try
