I got it! It seems that you visited musanze Town on last Saturday of the month. On this Saturday in countrywide all commercial activities, transport (except emergency transports) among others close here people meet in community activity called Umuganda where people clean up their homes, streets and roads in order to keep 'em clean in that activities people also take care of their environment like planting trees,making Terraces among others in that way they expect that at any time floods may come so they do that in order to avoid unexpected floods. Lastly on that day people arrange to build a house for poor or disabled people.
I think it is that reason there was no huge movement of peaole in that Town. Thank you ❤

In the USA and Canada, bars close at 2 AM. If I’m not mistaken, it’s probably a good thing. Just to limit things like DUIs and over consumption of alcohol.
