Kenan is the staple for reptile keeping huge enclosures natural ponds and ecosystems its for lack of a better word F***KING amazing congrats kenan you DA man!!!
So freaking cool how the tortoise repairs from the inside out and the bone just falls away when they are all healed!!! Amazing. Thanks for the vlog c-ya next time 🤍🦎🐢🐍🤍
@@jastark22181 I was thinking that as well, she's cute though, nothing like a special characteristic to your animals... ;) I Wish I could keep them over here in Antwerp, but I think it's a bit too cold for them. I prefer to keep them outdoors, so they have alot of space to roam.
I don't know how often I watched Otis now. Can't get enough of this little guy. You need an Otis too. That would be so fun, if he follows you around everywhere while you shoot videos.
Kenan glad you sold the sulcatas. They were some beautiful specimens I loved the one with the different shell pattern. PLEASE PLEASE keep the little radiated guy an raise him yourself. He is so adorable and for a lot of us we don’t get to see them raised from babies on up. Love to see all your animals. Thanks again! Enjoy your day on the bikes. Do you ever video and post some of your races? Blessings! 💚🐢💚🦎💚🐍💚 ❤️🙏🙏❤️
Hi Kenan Your love for turtle's and tortoise's and reptiles is amazing. They are so well taken care of. They love their Dad. They are all so beautiful. That tortoise that was struck by that lawn mower is so lucky to still be alive, and you can give the best care. I hope you do well with the bike race. I wish that princess Buttercup, and Colin become more friendly. You should keep that little radiated tortoise for your self, now that you sold all of the babies. That was so awesome that you were able peal off those pieces of bone. I had no idea, that they heal from the inside out. I look forward to your next post. 🦎🐍🐢❤️ Cindy
I’m so glad you mentioned Otis, what a perfect little box turtle he’s personality is amazing. My Hermann’s has a similar temperament chasing around after me and wanting to get involved /help with what I’m doing. That’s fantastic to see how well the shell has healed. Completely agree, spending time with our scale babies really helps them feel comfortable and it helps you see their personalities/character 🤗
The Kamp is looking so nice… the plant life and naturalistic, tropical feel of everything you’ve set up in the enclosures are fantastic. Suits each animal.
Kenan, I would like to thank you for sharing all your beautiful animals. You teach with every video and I love learning. I have shown your videos to my grand kids and they enjoy them.
I've been watching your videos for so long and I love em!! One thing that would REALLY be intriguing, probably just to me, is a full night time video going through the habitat of the land, showing us the enclosures with night vision on and just how dormant (or not) some of the reptiles are. To hear the sounds at night, see their lack of activity would be pretty neat.
i love videos like this, where u just walking around, checking the animals, do your thing, and just talk abt whatever it is in your mind..idk it allows me to experience to have animals as many as u have (it is one of my ultimate dream, to have backyard and animals like yours), also please do some feeding video i love it!!
You create such a perfect home for these animals. I have much respect for you Kenan. You give me a lot of ideas and tips on how to take care of my tortoise. Thanks videos are great!
With every video I watch Kamp Kenan becomes more awesome. Kenan puts in so much hard work at the Kamp so he can provide the best care for his animals and bring each one to us for enjoyment. A shout out to all you subscribers: Did you know you can be a part of the Kamp for just $1 a month? Can you imagine how much just that can do for the Kamp if we all became Patrons for just $1? Of course you can give more, that’s up to you!! Here’s a thought everyone give at least a $1 and then head over to the Kamp’s merch site and get a Slinkster T-shirt. (This is not a paid shout out 😂) 🐢🐢🐢
@11:58 !! HaHa !! When u placed the turtle shell pieces on the ground for an archeologist to find hundreds of years later, and be like "Whoa! There were turtles here..." (o.O) HAHAHA !!!
@17:34 -- Do you every play music for your reptiles, Kenan? Buttercup might enjoy "Build me up, Buttercup." It's a song they played at the end of the movie, "There's Something About Mary."
You have a wonderful collection . Definitely blessed to have the animals and property to take care of all . You love your animals and its inspiring husbanry !
I wish he would peel the dead skin and spikes ALL on camera..obsessed:) sometimes I feel there is so much left to take off. Love your videos Kenan and of course all the animals.
These enclosures are phenomenal. I wish everyone could give their reptiles this. What a paradise to live in. He's a lucky guy, that he's able to care for such amazing animals
I just love the environment these reptiles live in. As natural as you can possibly get. I can’t wait to see what Slinky’s enclosure will look like after the Universal Rock is applied!!🦎❤️🦎
Great video! I wonder how Inky would react if Kevin from NERD were to visit. Neat to see how the monitor lizard evolves from being indoors to a more outdoor enclosure with perhaps less regular human contact. Always good to see the different animals around the kamp too!!
Om my goodness I love it so much seeing how they raise up when you pet them haha so cute ! :) The radiated have a very cute face too 💕💙💞 One day when I have my own garden I am getting a couple of tortoises for sure :) sadly I live in an apartment and can only admire yours Kenan hehe
Whats one or two animals you don't have that you really want? Or maybe your top 3. You definitely have one of the coolest places on UA-cam and in Florida. Love the content Kenan!
That was amazing I didn't know that tortoise shells did that. Got my first Russian tortoise because of you and your channel thanks for all the education
Thanks for all that you do and share with us Kenan, another great video. Inky is looking great. It’s also quite impressive how tortoises work when it comes to healing, phenomenal. Recently got my Aldabra from Sam this past week and look forward to his/her growth, your videos really inspired me to take the jump and acquire one. Been a fan for years! Keep up the great work.
man i cant wait to get my own tortoise. Always loved them from afar, watching reptile channels like yours, just have to make sure whichever one i get can handle my Irish climate xD
Kenan great tour, great video as always. I wanted to talk a little about CITES. The CITES treaty only regulates the international trade of animals. The reason CBW permits are needed to transfer Radiated tortoises across state borders is because the species is listed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service under the Endangered Species Act, NOT its CITES I listing. Take the pancake tortoise- it’s now a CITES I species which essentially shuts down international trade, but they can be freely traded across state lines because that species is not listed by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Radiated tortoises are both CITES I and ESA endangered. Yes, USFWS lists species not native to the U.S., and that’s the part of the law that many would like to change.
Ah, someone else noted it already...a lot of things concerning how CITES and Endangered Species protections laws need tweaking as they don't often give good protection as needed (problem of a subject that's very much different for every animal...).
Great video. I love the way that old bone just peeled right off that shell. It was cool. Inky going from tame to savage is funny to me. Can't wait to see her grow and end up more like Pinky and Slinky. Sorry about Princess Buttercup. I'm sure you'll get to that.
I live in south east Florida and I run my own iguana removal business and one day about a week ago I went to check behind one of the houses I service and I saw a weird looking turtle and thought it must be either a huge box turtle or an average sized gopher tortoise. when I got closer it didn't run and I noticed her colouration and how odd her shell was and realized this is not a native tortoise. her shell was damaged but also healed by a lawnmower but it has some deep pyrimiding happening. my guess is she's been on her own roaming around the golf courses throughout the neighborhood for at least a couple of years and the diet of grass was taking its toll. she's a very friendly cherry headed red footed tortoise and she was obviously either released or escaped and I did put the word out that I found a turtle but since I had no where to take her I brought her home. I've already built a habitat for her in my back yard with plenty of shade and a covered sleeping area that I will eventually make out of stone. my son loves her and my dogs are curious but not aggressive towards her but I was wondering if you had any advice.
Hey Kenan, I have a tick removal that's super easy. Just paint the tick's butt with fingernail polish. They cant breathe then and let go. Then you can pick them up and destroy them.
Guapo and Lola are always so relaxed and chill

i love kamp kenan, it's like a miniture jurassic park.!!!
with all these tiny dinosaurs running around, it's the greatest thing ever.!!
LITTLE SPEEDY THE TURTLE IS ADORABLE 😍
Petting that radiated tortoise was so nice to watch, that tortoise looked really cute.
My Hermann's is 2 1/2 years old. I've raised her from a hatchling and she follows me around, or tries to chase my 2 chihuahuas.
Hope you did well in the race. The camp is looking better & better all the time.
Oh! Those tiny little legs! 🥰 Baby will grow so well, in such a large enclosure
The baby Radiated tortoise made my day.
The rings around that Redfoot's eyes makes her look very surprised.
It does! 😆😆 I would've name her Crazy eyes. lol

Good luck on your race today, Kenan!
Can't wait to see the two new turtles! Maybe... some sort of snappers? Just a guess
Inky is on point with that whip! I can almost feel the sting LOL

the healing factor of turtles/tortoises is incredible, i never knew that about them when they get an injury like that. Awesome!!

Otis is incredible!!! Otis & Nostradamus are my all time favorite turtle & tort!!💕🐢💕🐢
Inky has gotten so big! When you said let’s see her, I was expecting a smaller Inky.
You create some of the most incredible enclosures for your reptiles.
Thank you
Tiny tort feet!! 🥰 R adorable!!!
