1rhemaword Thank you!! No I just use the fondant as is. You don’t need to to rlly dry, I just let the decor sit in room temp over the counter overnight and I would use them on the cupcakes the next day. ❤️
Hi can I ask you questions about storing cupcake ? If you have order tomorrow and you make cupcake today, will you store them ( frosted) in the fridge or you just leave them at room temp? Also, if your cupcake sponge is made with butter, do you tell your clients to leave cupcake at least half an hour before serving so they’re not too dry from the fridge ? Thanks so much xx

Ayesha Farooqui Thank you! I make the toppers the night before so overnight but no they don’t need to dry you can use them Right away. You don’t need anything to attach them to cupcakes as long as you put them right after you pipe the cupcakes. Yes you can refrigerate the cupcakes but they have to be in a box and the box should be covered in a food firm!

How does the fondant hold its shape and not deform when you pick it up to place them on the cupcakes? Mine keep losing their shape after I cut the shapes with my cutters and they don’t stay erect on the cupcakes. I’m new to fondant so Any tips you have would be SO appreciated 😭❤️
Saima Ahmed I use Wilton fondant, it holds its shape well but my advice is that you make them 2 days before so they harden. Also, try using cornstarch or icing sugar when working with your fondant it helps.
Hii my problem is that when i put the fondant on the cupcake its perfect , but when i want to put another shape like flower or any thing else on the base fondant it doesn’t stick What should i use? Is it good to put water?
But yes she used milk to soak the cupcakes normally I would use simple syrup but you can choose what ever flavour you want for example coffe it makes the cupcakes moist

What did you brush over the cupcakes before icing? And what piping tip are you using plsss xx
Probably milk. I usually use simple syrup. The piping tip is probably wilton 1m (open star) or closed star

Hey, yes use water to stick fondant on fondant also make sure to make the topper and place all the details on it before placing it on the cupcake.
