The issues you discuss here are of a quite serious nature Dr.
As you must know pple are hurting after discovering they were duped. A big section of the masses are virtually lost.
So what do we make of the frequent laughs please😢

Dr Besigye I do appreciate what you have said today in this interview. Uganda needs a revolution and that revolution can only be started by leaders like you. When you are talking about Uganda political issue today, please stop laughing. Show to Ugandans that what you are saying is very serious. When you lanugh it reduces the seriousness of the point you are making.
Also when you are discussing Uganda issue and you want people to believe in you do what many do not expect you to do. Apologise to Ugandans for participating in the NRA war otherwise without your contribution in the NRA bush war Museveni may not have come to power. Apology will make Ugandans see you as somebody who realy cared about the plight today.
Who know may be if the NRA war was not there the UPC government would have changed the country both politicaly and economicaly for the better. Let me tell you that I did some research and this is what I got about the 1981 to 85 war of NRA against the UPC government.
    1. There were some gains during the period (1981 - 85). The GDP grew by 5% anually and inflation fell to about 20%.
    2. Current account was in surplus,
    3. Per capita income recovered from a low of US$ 136 per annum to US$187 per annum.
    4. Agriculture (share) in GDP fell from 70.5% in 1980 to 50.5% in 1985. This they say was because of the NRA war in Luwero the most productive area for coffee.
In conclusion they said, this first attempt to stabilise and improve the economu is largely remembered as a failure by the UPC government because of the continuing (NRA/M) instability.
I also read something report by the CIA which was not far from the above report.

Unfortunately, most Ugandans are ignorant. We can not see the obvious that Besigye has talked about…

I don't want to see emphasis on a foreign language like English
English remains borrowed property. It is not our own.
It is a language we borrowed from our colonial/ slave master
    We need to liberate ourselves
    We.need to start de-emphasisìng English.
We need to choose and African language to replace English as a medium/ language of instruction in schools

Colenel Dr besigye you are not Fronasa, not original NRA, but certainly one of the numerous cog in the wheels of the Museveni's NRM. Daktari you wanted to be Museveni but failed sorry.
