This mini golf course is inside at the Lightning Bug arcade - it features awesome glow in the dark art work, obstacles and more! To answer the "who thinks of this" question, they actually were rebranded after the Harry Potter movies. They used to be called Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans. Once the movies became the more serious plots (OotP and after) they stopped making the HP branded beans and changed them into Bean Boozled Challenge since they had the licensing to do so.
