I have this type of lock on my office door. I want to change it so It can have a normal lock on it and I'll be able to use an access key lock on it. What lock should I change to it?
Can someone tell me how to remove the lock on doors without the side plate? Our church has an old-style door without a side plate. It appears that there is a hole drilled in the door itself on the outside lock cylinder, but both have recently been replaced. Thanks

I installed a knob on the inside but when locked by a key on the outside the inside knob couldn't open the lock. Have I done something wrong
Could you do this to the back side as well? Change from a knob to a keyed ?
Thank you. It help me in time. Appreciated
Good but what about re-installing the thumb turn part? I don’t see how it can just screw in as the parts hit before it’s fully screwed in…
I'm in the same boat all these guide and never the one we truly need
Guys, it's in the locked position. Turn thumb-turn to "unlock" and it will screw in.

Why does the latch fall sometimes when you lock the door
How do you find out what kind of New cylinder you lock uses so you can buy the right one
