Wait, so why is movement in OSRS smoother than RS3?
Also, with KQ dropping grapes, are they cheap AND BIS cooking training in OSRS?

Grapes are very cheap in OSRS. Like 15gp each and about 500k xp an hour.

OSRS movement is just a lot more responsive, not sure why. Better servers and allows for more people too. Less going on in the back-end
