No we are not talking about what time you go to bed. We are talking about what do you see when you are lying in bed.
Yes! lie-down in bed. Look straight 12-o-clock direction. What do you see ?
Is there lot of stuff there ? NO!!!
I cannot tell about other rooms, but once in bed you are looking straight, mostly. Avoid clutter in front of your eyes. You are in bed, you want to relax & sleep. be good to yourself. Remove unwanted things visible. If you cannot physically remove things have storage. Or smartly hide things.
And if you are watching this video while lying on bed. Switch off your device & go to sleep.
