I was reading about the malazma and red light and some sources say it’s say and some don’t. Maybe talk to you doctor before using it , that would be the safest way
The device burnt my skin and they would not honor their 90 day return policy, its a nightmare and there are many victims, even my bank said the website has been reported for fraud many times. why would u support an unethical company?
Why would I support unethical company? How was I supposed to know something like that happened to people and they don’t honor 90 day return. This device worked for me and I still use it and like it.
@@SvetlanaVillegas It burnt my face horribly and they refused to honor their 90 day money back guarantee. They wouldn‘t reply to my email so I had to file a PayPal dispute, thereafter they kept pushing me to accept the item with partial refund, first $20, then $40 then $50. I told them I simply don’t want the horrible device, which arrived very old and tattered looking. To date I spent $200 on stem cell ampoule and treatments to heal my skin and still counting, their offer of $20 is just insulting. They advised me to keep it as the shipping would cost me $50 and would take one month to arrive. This went on back and forth for a couple of weeks till they finally “agreed“ to let me return the item but just when I thought its settled, they sent me yet another partial refund offer instead of the return address. I filed claim with PayPal and they came back with the item is materially as described so I can’t return it. I called PayPal to appeal this, apparently the seller changed their mind and wasn’t agreeable to a return. Meanwhile on the other end Amiro emailed me yet with another $20 partial refund offer, this is so draining. A reputable company don’t operate like this, pressuring people to keep their malfunctioned devices bombarding them with ridiculously low partial refunds, if the product is of high quality they would rather you send it back instead of dumping it on whoever they can like garbage. My first payment to Amiro was blocked by my bank and they said its because the website has been reported for fraud many times, I wished I had listened to that major red flag and not made that purchase. To add salt to injury, Amiro spams me every so often with email advertisements with the headers emphasizing “free returns for their products” How is this ethical?
@@aimsestrella911 My whole face is swollen and hurts like sunburnt. I also wonder if it burnt fat off my face because my under eyes look gaunt despite the swelling.
