Cool and great content
Looks great. Just getting into these, so it is always good to see positive affirmation. Did you find that you ditched the rule of thirds when using these? I understand these are really sharp in the middle, but go soft at the wings. Does this mean that you are more likely to place your subject more centrally than with a spherical lens?
Fascinating! What do you see in the monitor / viewfinder; a compressed image or one that has been corrected?
interesting, not too many flares as I would expect. by any chance do you have any footage examples how this one handles artificial light? thank you, great job!
It would be interesting to watch the processing of converting the image to the 1.5X stretch.
I didn't include this as they are thousands of videos on this now on UA-cam
man it would be nice if some of hte fuji cameras had an in camera desqueeze. I'd love to just do regular photography even with them but I feel like framing shots and whatnot with the squeeze is less enjoyable hence why film makers use a monitor that desqueezes or a body that supports in camera fixes.
Great images ! What camera did you use with this lens?
Fujifilm XH2s
How should we desqueeze the 1.5x footage in in Resolve please ?
There’s a preset for it in the sequence settings
