I love that Aaron Archer and Simon Furman respected each other enough as storytellers to have that conversation. And I also never knew the backstory of Thundertron, it's a fascinating story that's definitely worth telling. (I also agree with Aaron that most attempts at creating new factions just turn into new Bots and Cons. He's really good at looking at things like that and coming up with interesting solutions.)

Vector Prime was always one of my favorite designs in the entire franchise. Glad to hear the insight into how he came to be
I absolutely fell in love with thundertron when he fought megatron in a huge space battle in the transformers retribution novel and I can’t help but love how thundertron has gotten two figures this year! I really hope they make a tidal wave star seeker repaint since a captain needs his ship
Oh man, nearly a whole episode devoted to Vector Prime. I think this is Christmas for Quaddy in June.
This video has gotten me really excited for the Star Raider's Thundertron multipack that's going to come out at some point, as I had no interest in this guy but the story behind him seems so facinating.
These segments are always so great guys, thanks for being awesome and putting them together for us fans!
I must have read The Ultimate Guide hundreds of times cover to cover as a kid before all the different internet resources. I still have it on my shelf, pages falling out from being read so much and all.
These podcast stories introduced me to Vector Prime. I love the design especially using clocks/gears.
Looking forward to hearing more about how the movie designs came to life. (The Human Alliance Jazz toy is still one of my faves)

Hi, again, Aaron. This is a question, if not asked at this juncture, may be forever lost to history:
Why does the original Voyager Thundertron tooling have a C-Clip Dock on his lion mode's back? Was there a C-Clip type weapon (or perchance, a Cyber Parrot) planned initially but subsequently dropped for the flip-out Mech Tech Light-up Blade Weapon that he ultimately came with? (The -Clip Port works excellently with any weapon of said genus!)
