I just marvel at how much those old cabinets looked like my old 1970's cabinets. Same color, same design, same plastic blue nobs! It's like a time capsule! And to think the doppelganger existed halfway around the world!!! I did a video updating mine as well, but the results weren't nearly as stylish as this! But definitely, I can feel her relief at having something modern and updated. Bravo!
Good job I love your hard work Tara and I like how you think of decor and the colors you use. The kitchen looks so good I wish that was my kitchen. Hope you enjoyed the text!!!!!!😎😃👏🎬🌟👍👌👑📙🇺🇸🔟outof 1
So what's the cost? Also, Bunnings loves to sell lots of cheap, not working, bad quality materials or tools - rather than throwing them away - they mark the price down. Be aware of that! I wish there was more competition in Australia, similar shops, maybe some German shops could open here as did Aldi. The choice would be much bigger and better quality. Also, the prices would go down. Bunnings makes at least 200% profit on the products it sells.
Your kitchen budget should depend on the value of your house .. it should be no more than 2% the value of your house. A project about the same size as this would cost around $3500-4000 if you use Kaboodle range from Bunnings. This cost doesnt include appliances, sink & tapware and handles. Dont go with that sticky vinyl, its rubbish. Use floating floorboards instead. Many flooring stores will have left over stock which is heavily discounted. Since you requirement will only be a few square meters, its perfect for you.
Kaboodle (Bunnings) or Metod (Ikea) or any similar flat pack kitchen with gloss finish doors will cost around $3500-4000 for a kitchen about the same size as this. The cost doesnt include appliances, tiling, sink, tapware, handles etc.
Much of this do it yourself stuff would be illegal in the US. You can't build in appliances with pre-wired plugs like that in the US. They must be hardwired by an electrician by law in most jurisdictions in the US if they are permanently installed in a structure. It's sometimes even illegal, or violates insurance or home owner association rules, to do your own plumbing. I've never seen cabinets with those plastic leveling feet/legs. Americans use bits of wood called 'shims' and move them in and out to level cabinets. Cabinet bottoms sit directly on the floor. It's not do it yourself friendly. I don't know if the plastic cabinet feet would be legal in the US or not. they might not count as 'permanently installed' for insurance and building permit purposes. Australians seem much more practical.

Hi i have seen all the shows its aww some
I'm wondering what kind of software they were using at 2:23?
Wendell Solis looked like 2020 to me
super
nice but they could have afforded to put more colour in. it's a bit cold compared to that lovely turquoise colour she had.
Micha Will I agree

Yeah and its the also the aussie version of our major DIY store here in the UK B&Q! :-)

That narrows it down.
I am highly triggered by the fact they put the floor AFTER putting the cabinets.
