I recently exploded the tire on my Honda CBR, the result of a massive smoky burnout.👍😎 I was too embarrassed to bring my bike to a shop in that condition so I decided to look for ways to fix it myself. I found your video, went out and bought the required repair tools, and was able to fix the problem myself. Thanks for the great video!
Great vid , it’s hard to find anything on UA-cam for 2004 - 2007 CBR1000rr. Will you be changing your spark plugs or brake pads for your bike in the near future ?
Monzel Childress thanks for the comment, I changed the plugs about a year ago, so I won’t be making that video for a while, but I will be replacing the brake pads very soon, so don’t worry about that!
You just have to make sure the spacers are inserted correctly. Hold the wheel up and Pull the chain behind the sprocket. Make sure the brake caliper is slotted back over the rotor correctly, also make sure the caliper bracket slides into its perch inside the swing arm. And push the axle back in
@@SnowDrift thanks! Took me a while but I got it. Only issue is I snapped the chain adjuster bolt 🥴😭. Maybe it was time for a new chain/sprockets and I didn’t check smh
@@SnowDrift bro and I'm gonna be playing with the sprockets, I bought a 15t and thinking for a 40 on the rear, what setup do you have? I like to roll race usually 1st and 2nd gear. I have extensions so I don't get wheelies 😂
Great video and very helpful! Keep it up

What was that noise?? Nice vid!! :)
DanDanroonie man it was that damn door to shed, the wind would blow and it would creak and pop and everything else you could imagine lol.
Too much blablabla…
Why is your user name a mile long? Mr Blahblah
Thank you for detailed video.
nice vid snow. just some kind advice. put wood or something under the wheel, so that its on the same height as the axle holes. be good.
Good advice. I’ve got stuff for that now, granted it’s been like 4 years since I made this video. I’ve got this polymer block that I use.
Bro that k-tuned t-shirt means you're definitely a Honda guy 🤙
All day every day 😂
Great video! Thanks for the tutorial.
Matt Kurvin thanks! Glad it could Help you
So how do I get it back on? It was a breeze taking it off. Now I can’t get it back on

@@Jcarlo1320 hate that. You can pick those up at Honda dealers I’m sure
Great vid, gonna be taking out the rim today thanks! 💪😎
GabylannCbr Pr awesome glad the video could help you.

GabylannCbr Pr I have a 520 chain setup, 15 front, 42 rear, speedo is off a good bit but it’s a great combo of acceleration and top speed.
@@SnowDrift my chain is 530 but will try the 15,42 💪 thanks
GabylannCbr Pr definitely need to swap to 520, less rotational mass = better acceleration/faster revving
