Massive respect from New Zealand, home of The All Blacks. This man could play. Intuitive, free spirited, elusive, a great reader of the game and flamboyant to the hilt with it all. Very poised balanced runner. Right up there for me in terms of awe inspiring to watch flair even as a die hard All Black man that I am. Credit where credit is due. Blessed to have seen the French Flair in the golden era of Serge Blanco's time. Personally, I think he just backed himself and knew what he was capable of. Much respect from NZ brother. Thank you for some amazing memories of this great game both of our countries love and enjoy.
I searched for this video to find out if Blanco was better than Muliaina, because from full backs I've seen playing your countryman was the best. I only heard Blanco's name but never saw his game so your comment is very helpful to me to make up my mind about my Best XV of all time. P.S. Don't worry Lomu is going to be there and maybe Umaga at 12 if I don't find out more about Jeremy Gascout. I also like Dallaglio as 8 but I feel Zenzen Brook was cooler player. Thanks

Blanco was great, but he didn’t have Cullen’s side-step at full speed; plus, Cullen was faster. Not saying blanco was slow, not at all. Cullen was just faster.
