You shouldn't ask family and friends to review your book. Especially if they do not normally read books in your genre. Amazon might remove those reviews.
Thanks for the comment! In my experience, as long as they don't say they got a free copy in exchange for a review (or anything to that effect), they should be fine. Family and friends tend to be a bad fit for ARCs anyway. But so far, I haven't had a problem with those who have left a review for me. On the other hand, Amazon seems to be cracking down lately. So we'll see.
