This is a video my grandfather had with his 4WD Massey Ferguson 3545, probably my favorite tractor he had. We used in the Willamette Valley of Oregon for ground work and flailing.

Great video! My dad bought a 3525 4wd after I joined the Navy. On leave one time I got to plow with it. It was amazing that it could pull the same plow better than the more powerful 2745 that he traded in that I spent too many hours of my life operating.

The only thing they forgot was working lights mounted on the cab front & Rear , essential for long nights in.the field !!!

I learned to drive on a MF 133S and MF 590. The 133S is still there, also i bought a MF 1014. Keep your 135.

Very nice video. I have a 4WD MF 2725. It's the European version (build in France) of the 3500 series. My MF 2725 has 147 hp en was build in 1987.

3500 series was also built in France, they just have a few little differences compared to european 2000 and 2005 series. MF came with the 3500 series after they closed the Detroit tractor plant.

I have the privilege to own a 1990 Massey Ferguson 3070 90hp 4cly. 236ci turbo (3.9L) fuel efficient for its size. Made in France. Love this model for my needs. This tractor is in very good shape been barn kept. Low hrs . I really like the 3070's weight and size . It's a solid built tractor. I always been a Massey Ferguson fan. While growing up we had many of different Massey Ferguson tractors. MF 35; 65; 135; 165; 175 255; 265; 275; 285; 461; 471 were all that my dad had owned. He also had own a WD Allis; 8N Ford ; M Farmall . Today I have a 3070 Massey Ferguson cab 90hp; 5320 John Deere cab 64hp; and a 539 IMT 39hp.

They look similar to the 2000 series. The mf2680 is a great machine.

Nothing was ( I say was ) better than Massey Ferguson. Period ! Not so sure today way too much computer issues for a farmer to contend with. Just like all the other equipment manufacturers.

I love Massey, I really do but that electronic 3 point absolutely sucks if you’re trying to buy one today. Looked at a 3090 a few weeks ago. The toggle didn’t work so it was hooked up to work off a rear SCV. Weird

I think what they were meaning was all the tractors that had 4wd because ik the allis chalmers model shown is also a 4wd and same with the ford model is also a 4wd

Ford was right their tell perkins engins dident say any thing about clearence because massy always to low to ground had a 175 and we never liked that tractor

Massey Ferguson had the higher profile tractors if that's what you needed. With the Perkins engine. You should had bought one of them instead.
