材料:500克排骨、20瓣蒜、1块生姜、1勺白糖、半勺盐、少许胡椒粉、2勺生抽、2勺绍兴酒
1)把排骨洗干净备用
2)10瓣蒜&生姜搅碎
3)排骨里加入,1勺白糖、半勺盐、少许胡椒粉、2勺生抽、2勺绍兴酒搅拌均匀腌制1小时
4)10瓣蒜切片,热锅热油小火把蒜片炸至金黄色捞出
5)锅中,小火把排骨炸至金黄色,捞出沥干油再油炸一次
6)装盘,最后把蒜片撒上就做好了❤️
