Could someone explain to me why zyra is better than twitch for the experiment buff?

twitchs buff needs 5 auto attacks to do anything where as urgot is just a caster from the manna hes getting being hit so zyra gives him the extra true damage from his spell so that he can get through tanks and nunu is just and mundo you dont need that extra 400~ health
