You dont have to play much to be prestige master. I played bo4 like 2-3 hours everyday when it came out for a few weeks then after that i stopped playing for 2 months and then started to play again and got prestige master and now i played for the first time in a month. There is a reason to why most prestige masters are garbage at the game now.
