I'm curious about the addition on Lupin flour. I haven't used this before, is it to add a particular flavour? Is there a more common substitute?
Hi 👋, lupin flour isn’t a really commun substitute, but in a dough it’s adding a sort of nutty buttery flavor, it’s also adding a little color and helping egg-free recipes to not be to white 😊

The internet suggests almond flour as a substitute. I think I'm going to try it like that and see if it works!
