For these rebuilds like these I recommend taking over every team and removing all of their untochables because even if you have a lot of great assets players like luka would never get traded because they are untouchable

Maybe sometimes try adding exceptions if you have for like 2-3 mil instead of another player , in like the Mobley scenario, saves a guy or two for more trades
