I applied for masters in rehabilitation counseling and my official transcript has been received by GradCAS but up till date they've not uploaded it which is also delaying the reviewing of my application. I'm really worried as at now. Because I've emailed them several times and they keep on postponing it. They actually told me 10 business days and it's even passed. I want to also apply for graduate assistanship but as at now, I don't know my stand.

There a file receiver that allows you to upload your weac certificate but don’t worry about the scratch card during the process of getting your admission the school will email for it .Good luck on your application process

Yes there are external scholarships…I will say the scholarship I had was external scholarships the main criteria is your good GPA
