@slasher13333 I've never heard about this for the States. I'm aware Australia has issues though. It's all on up to the guy who checks the mail. The package will say "Laser Pointer" so not much way for them to check the strength. So you might have to do some research on that. Here in Canada I don't have any problems.
@TheLw650 Well I don't know where you live, but I had no issues in Canada. I heard Australia has a 5mW limit on lasers(i could be mistaken). I'm sure if you google it you can find some info regarding your countries customs laws on these. Good luck!

It is easy to remove a modual and replace it with a better or worse one. I buy at least a $25 laser just for the custom case and remove the 5mw modual with at max a 300mw one, with a CR123A battery. Only certain cases can support CR123A but they can power stronger moduals.

I echo previous comment: WEAR SAFETY GLASSES BEFORE YOU LOOK AT THE BRIGHT SPOT ON THE WALL. That spot is probably as bright as an arc-welding spark. That = permanent eye damage without safety glasses. Sometimes the damage is very subtle, but hey its permanent, its annoying, and it will last you the rest of your life.. The video is nice but you didn't mention what model your laser is or give a link to where I could buy it. Some of the stores, like "laserpoint" online are sketchy.
BAH! I bought this laser and it doesn't work.. no WAY is it 50mw! yours might be and maybe mine is broken because the box it came in was a fucking disgrace! after 1 days of use its went about 50% dimmer....definitely sending it back!
