Kalyani lives in Chennai, and is an actress, activist, and a mother. In her #OutliveStories film, she shares her journey of navigating stigma and coping with depression after she lost her own mother to suicide. Now a mother herself, she also shares her aspirations to build a better and, more empathetic world for her daughter.

Very proud of u my girl.....well presented and hope it inspires many....suicide definitely is not a solution to problems..but ofcourse after all that u went through u have to be real strong to get out of this n u have done it child...u have a long way to go ...March ahead bravely....let's be there for each other....emptiness,purposeless ness the feeling thar life is ,meaningless does haunt many but as u say I will also tell, turn around n see the world is just beautiful,all the creations of God is so amazing the human body is a miracle u have no right to destroy it ...enjoy n realize ur blessngs love everyone n oneself ...life is beautiful 😍
