Do you have any idea if its possible to have quickbooks online when using for nonprofit to replace invoice with Pledge or donation wherever invoice is? I am not really invoicing donors when I enter their donations. I have managed to have the label in the left column show donor but i dont know how to anywhere else, thoughts?
The label you set under the Gear Icon > Account and Settings and the form type you set is what drives the labels QBO uses for all reports and the sales forms.
My church was using tally software and we created a system where each tither has a number that uniquely identifies them so we have just acquired the quick books online and I want some help on how to use them same numbers with their corresponding tithe names
You can add the donor's ID in their customer profile. If you are using a different donor database system to track the tithes, I don't recommend recreating the donor's profile again in QuickBooks Online. Instead, do summary level entries. I talk about this in this video: ua-cam.com/video/etP0Q4fOVbk/v-deo.html
