you are welcome! soundcheck is only for those who got the VIP ticket. the venue opened at 6:30pm to let us in for soundcheck. If you got the VIP ticket, an email with instructions will say what times you need to arrive
It should have been days ago. Please check your spam. If you really are VIP, i suggest u arrived to the venue 3 hours earlier, and confirm with staff. They have the list of all the VIP holders
