I would definitely like to see a rematch at an agreed upon weight between these two fighters. I believe that the weight difference in their fight was significant. Because of making the weight, Devin Haney was a little weaker than he would have been otherwise. However, Ryan Garcia showed a lot of speed and power in the match which Haney didn't seem to have an answer for , as he kept getting hurt by Ryan's left hook. But let's see what happens in a rematch with all things being equal as far as weight is concerned !

Not only doesn’t he deserve a rematch, because he was so thoroughly dominated, but he agreed to fight Ryan without having him lose the extra 3.5lbs.
They took the $600,000 (not the $1.5 million reported). Haney said he would beat him in the center of the ring and the extra weight wasn’t a problem.
Devin had an extreme weight advantage over Regis Prograis and Lomachenko. These fighters were several years older than he.
He never gave Lomachenko a rematch and this was a very close fight. The Haney’s hubris is their undoing. They said weight didn’t matter, Ryan was a “C - Level fighter”, while he is an “A+ Level” fighter.

I say Haney doesn’t deserve a rematch against the guy that beat him up badly. If haney gives Loma his DESERVED rematch, then I might say that Devin deserves one more shot at Ryan. The fight was not close and I’ll never see it other wise. Haney won 4 rounds and his fanboys are trying to say that Haney won all of the rounds that Ryan didn’t knock him down in 🤦♂️ I’ve watched the fight 5 times and I keep coming out with 8-4 for Ryan.
