The Congress party is demanding the ouster of India's Ambassador to Ireland over his comments in a letter to Irish media. The ambassador had indirectly blamed the Congress for creating an "ecosystem of corruption" in India. The remarks were made in a rejoinder to a recent article published in Irish media that questioned the health of Indian democracy. It was the CONGRESS Government that asked USA to reject Mr. Modi's official VISA to USA in 2005, on flimsy grounds (Modi had already totally acquitted/ released by all courts & enquiries of any direct or indirect involvement in Gujarat 2001 riots). Yet Congress made USA deny the visa to Modi, a sitting Chief Minister. Such a shameful incident by Congress. Even if it was true, Congress should've supported a fellow Indian CM & shown a united face outside India in front of Western Media, Congress wanted to create a negative narrative about Modi for shallow politics. Regardless of the tone and tenor of what the Indian Ambassador to Ireland said in defence of Indian democracy and criticism in Irish paper, his remarks are absolutely correct in all aspects. When certain remarks are factual, they aren’t only opinion! Any party that feels that they fit into those remarks can jump ip and down thousands of times, but they don’t change the facts even an iota!
