YO! please feel free to comment, hope you enjoy the video?! Let us know what else you would like to see built?? 🤘🏽🤘🏽 it was super windy on the day we filmed this! but hope you all still enjoy it!
Jay Nebbett yo yeh man! Ive been just some different stuff as Woburn will be packed with some sikk builds, got a pump track being planned in too so that’ll be cool. Cheers buddy
KIING OF SPADES yeah, would make it so much quicker to be able to ride the jumps! And you could have some sort of solar panel system which could allow you to have it at remote locations, but that probably makes it way to complicated 😂😂
dexter bond hahah, yeh man that would be epic a remote sensor, need to work on my electronics for sure, wireless switches would be cool, I could certainly do it if I had 240v as I could just heating system controls etc etc haha
KIING OF SPADES yeah that would actually be mad if you could make that, would make the jumps look so much nicer/ easier to work on. Wiring will be the hard part probably 😂
Off all the things I’m looking forward to after lockdown, one of the most satisfying will be the 👍 flipper on your desk in the shed. Love the vid as always 💕
Is great how much passion you out into this, and it is awesome, specialy cause you give a lot of hope on those like me who love to digo for mtb fun, may be mtb is just the way to stay digging. 🤘🏼
Your remark at 3:30 about placing the motor at the top was very intresting and made my ears prick up. In fact, i am almost in shock that I stumbled across this video. I am currently studying the reason why chairlifts and cable cars in mountain settings are more efficient when powered from the mountain station. (this only applies when the lift is only moving skiers uphil and when there is a hight difference to be overcomel) I had not considered that this pheonomenon also aplies to conveyour belts - Naturrally, my ears pricked up when I saw this video.
Jonathan Cook hey buddy that’s awesome what your studying, yeh for sure I’m a snowboarder myself and thinking about they are mostly powered from the top especially anything carrying more than two people. Must be under an immense amount of strain when powered from the bottom.. in my case because I was using just a drill it was loads better as it was pulling the weight instead of pushing the weight, I’m sure someone like yourself maybe able to explain as to why this is a better way? Thanks buddy, have a good day. Enjoy the lift studying any tips be sure to let us know 👍🏼thank you
@@KIINGOFSPADES Sure....send me an email: jonathan@------------------ and I will send your over the report I am making when its done. (There will be a lot of maths and Physics in it, but the ultimate answer will be presented in English, I promise!)
@@KIINGOFSPADES Where are you building your new bike park? I'd love to help out with something like that. Been watching Seth's Bike Hacks/AKA Berm Peak for a while now, but Im not travelling all the was over to Dakota or wherever that guy lives! Been keeping myself busy this summer maintaining ski tows and snow fencing at not one but 2 ski areas in the north of England.
Jonathan Cook ahh yeh the old Seth is now berm peak which is cool, yeh his channel is one of the best channels for Mtb as a whole for sure and lives in paradise! I’m the United Kingdom, Milton Keynes around an hour north of London. The new park we are building is very near to that called Northampton, it’s a private park but I would love to be able build a public park one day, I’ll get you in for the ski lifts!! Haha!! Thank you
Many options with machines like this. Imaging stacking a landing or a kicker with this one. Just a upgraded version where u can set different heights on it. About 2 meter tall? Fkn awesome vid man
Yoooo yehhh man for sure!! These are just prototypes to see well more whether I can build them, if love to build one from metal that folds out and extends and Has a better motor than a drill hah!! Be epic!! Or got the other way super light weight fold away one you can kind of take with you?
Sick! Would like to see how steep/high you can have it.. see if it would help stack a landing up! Iv tried before but failed but could you pump water out of a well/pond so it comes out of a hose? With no electric.
Yeh for sure I think it’ll go pretty steep to be fair it’s the little grippers on the belt that would let it down 1st I reckon?? Ahhh yehhh okay cool like a syphon/ vacuum pump or something??
Nicely done. Very resourceful of scrap materials too. I’m pondering the idea of a vertical climber for cardio and to maybe make my own conveyer belt with some form of ladder concept. Sure I could buy one for £10k or get a Jacob’s ladder for £4k but I’d rather do like you did and build something myself. I’ll have to figure out some safety idea though cause I don’t fancy getting caught up and being a mangled mess inside it. Nice inspiring video :)
Ahhhh man yeh for sure I’d certainly love to do that, make it all from steel too, bearing and I would love to make it extendable too somehow but also light weight... imagine if you have had little remote car sort of thing under it that you can actually drive with a remote haha 😆 🤔 💭
Do you think this would be strong enough to convey slightly wet earthen cement - say dumping direct onto the hopper from the mixer? My gut feeling is that the drill would burn out, but I don't know how strong the Makita gear is. Great video though, really nicely done all round, as was the build video.
You should build another one to go at the end of the shake and bake so you could have the dirt spitting out on to a take off or a landing and build a big hoper so there is always dirt flowing then your have a minim wash plant just missing the big 700 excavator 😀
add an adjustable piece so you can get your belt tighter. it will take some of the weight off of the chain. a few long bolted screws with some lock washers and nuts should do the trick.
Yoo, no that’s cool man, well I built a shaker deck then I thought well I’ve built that so I may as well build a conveyor for it... haha!! Learnt some stuff too which is what I mostly take aWay from it, thanks buddy

But i love all your videos

Hahaha!! Thank you!! Bit milky!!
You literally deserve so much more subs man! Amazing video
Thanks bro!! We are trying we have just got off the start block so we are doing good, we will just keep building see where it takes us, thank you 🙏🏼
how about some sort of automatic jump watering system or something like that! loving the videos!
Yooo yeh man that would be cool, set it up on a timer too and a
Be able to regulate the pressure and all that 🤔 🙌🏼

I think you should as some sort of sprinkler system that wets the dirt when it is on the conveyer
hhh yehhh that’ll be cool!! Be cool to have the sprayer as the dirt comes off so the belt doesn’t get wet??
KIING OF SPADES yeah. And it would keep dust down and make all of the dirt throughout the whole pile nice and wet not just the top
Preston Petty Yehh for sure that would be cool!! Hmmmm, the ones I’ve seen is when the dirt goes in the hopper it sets it all there??
KIING OF SPADES yeah Ive seen those. I was thinking you could put a sprinkler at the end on the little arch right before it goes off the conveyor.
Preston Petty yehhh for sure that would be awesome haha!! Make a slurry too, in fact you have given me an idea I’ll be back!!! 👋🏼👋🏼😂😂
5:26 don't look at the background
*Why did you look?*
Hahaha when you gotta go you gotta go!🙌🏼🙌🏼😂
@@KIINGOFSPADES For sure 😂
@@KIINGOFSPADES Hey you should check out Alec Steele's channel, he's currently building his own hardtail frame out of metal! It's a dope project!
Alexis Astrie ahh yeh for sure that’s cool!!! I’ll definitely check this out!! Thanks buddy!!

HHaha!! Yeh man that’ll be ace ehh! Sand will be so awesome for it, maybe able to run it in 2nd gear too hahha!!
KIING OF SPADES haah yeah
Mullet Moore 🙌🏼🙌🏼
ready and waiting haha
Cheers greggy!! Like the conveyor?
@@KIINGOFSPADES pretty neat... looking forward to seeing it all in action this evening
@@greggreg7400 yooo thanks greg!!! yeh man not bad for a country job hahha!!
Colin Furze did make a conveyor belt but for his stairs to give a way to exercise
Ohhhh epic!! I’ll check that one out, he makes some wicked stuff!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

Lol...... that's funny..... Nice build
Get a higher wattage 240v drill that plugs in and a cheap generator and some flange housing bearings for the drive end
Ahhhh man yeh for sure I’d certainly love to do that, make it all from steel too, bearing and I would love to make it extendable too somehow but also light weight... imagine if you have had little remote car sort of thing under it that you can actually drive with a remote haha 😆 🤔 💭

Automatic jump builder next?
HHhaah!! Funny you say that, I have an idea, it’s not automatic but if it works could be a slight game changer...
You should build another one to go at the end of the shake and bake so you could have the dirt spitting out on to a take off or a landing and build a big hoper so there is always dirt flowing then your have a minim wash plant just missing the big 700 excavator 😀
Hahaha that would be the dream haha!! Be nice to make it from metal too... yeh an excavator would be epic!!
Add folding top legs, so it can support itself. Or maybe slots, so you can use standard lumber cut to height
add an adjustable piece so you can get your belt tighter. it will take some of the weight off of the chain. a few long bolted screws with some lock washers and nuts should do the trick.
I think it may need to be more bouncy so the bigger rocks bounce out but Very badass to say the least 🤘🏼
Yeh for sure, or maybe put grates over the hopper so the biggest rocks get filtered out straight away?
You should put the siv/filter thing over the input of this!
That’s the next video mate, just done the thumbnail for it looks like a mini quarry hahha!!
@@KIINGOFSPADES Haha Sick!
Hamish Vance cheers mate be out soon!!
Yeeeeew🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you bro 🙌🏼🙌🏼
Such a sick build buts what’s the actull point In it?
Well it started with just a sieve for making dirt finer, then I made the shaker deck, then I thought well why not make a conveyor belt haha!
Nice
Thanks buddy! 🙌🏼🙌🏼💙
thanks need one
Brillient
you should make it bike pedal powered
Yeh man that would be cool, fancy pedalling it? Haha!!
@@KIINGOFSPADES aha anyday
Ollie de Laroque awesome I’ll book you in!! 👍🏼👍🏼💪🏻💪🏻
Really sick dude but whats the point? No hate just asking!
